At Naples Luxury Homecare, we offer three convenient Home Watch plans to suit your needs:

1. Single Visit Plan: $85 per visit
2. Biweekly Plan: $170 per month
3. Weekly Plan: $299 per month

Included in Every Home Watch Inspection:

• Check air conditioning system
• Check appliances
• Run water in sinks and showers and flush all toilets
• Run garbage disposal
• Check for water leaks
• Check pool and spa water level
• Check mailbox and send photos of mail
• Check all windows and doors to ensure they are locked
• Monitor the outside of the property
• Check for insects or bugs throughout the house
• Dispose of expired food
• Ensure washer and dishwasher doors are open
• Ensure water is shut off to the house
